T-Gel – Extension on ABS 6 to ABS 8



The machine shown on this picture has just been sent by truck to its new owner.
This ABS was suitable to prepare 6 different gel masses to the mogul , but in the last minute the customer wanted to have two more colour / flavour combinations.
So we have extended the ABS 6 to an ABS 8. The customer can now make 6 different gel masses and 2 colours of foam. The flexibility of this ABS 8 is incomparable to other systems available on the market

Tanis: Developments

T-Rock Hard candy mass production and forming of same.

The Tanis Group has worked on the development of a new line for Hard Candy Processing over the last 3 years. Several configurations can be chosen, all depending on capacity, recipe requirements and type of forming, die formed or deposited. Tanis has developed a Twin Screw Extraction System, which allows a vacuum level of 300 mbara , based on a 45:55, glucose (38 DE): sugar ratio. This system is especially suitable for non deposited, viscous and / or milk/fat containing products.

The Tanis Group will be delighted to present more details in a personal meeting or at our test facility, “The Tanis Kitchen”.
